What is PPi Automotive’s business hours?: PPi Automotive is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. We also have Saturday hours of 8:00 am - 12:00 pm to serve you better.

If my company is not located in the state of Pennsylvania, can PPi Automotive ship auto parts to my shop?: PPi Automotive is a fulfillment warehouse for Schultz converters and Prenco ignition. If I am not seeing the part I need on your website or in your Installer News, do you provide more parts that are not advertised?: If you do not see a part that you need on the PPi Automotive website or in our Installer News please call us at 412.665.1111 and we can check to see if it is available through one of our suppliers.

What is PPi Automotive’s refund policy?: PPi Automotive offers a no-hassle refund and return policy. Any part that is purchased from us and is returned is credited the same day that it is received. If you have an account through us, we will credit your account that the same day. If you use cash, Pay Pal or a credit card, we will refund in the same manner that the purchase was made.

Are PPi Automotive auto parts covered under a warranty?: All of PPi Automotive manufactures have standard warranties, which guarantee the part for 90 days, 1-2 years or limited lifetime.
